Comment from valued client why people book on line vs travel professional:My guess is they think they have to pay a fee, it's just ignorance. I don't understand it. U know I never book anything outside of the US w/o you, b/c those of us that travel extensively know that travel is totally out of our control once we leave the safety of our own homes, when things go wrong & we both know they do, it's essential to have someone back home fighting your battles for you when you are left with no connection to tinker your way out of it! Plus, how many times have you had to chase credits, a few, and that in itself is worth it's weight in gold. I am on vacation to enjoy my vacation, NOT negotiate! Thanks for always taking such great care of me, my family and my referrals. You do a great job!
